Products purchased via the online store may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund provided that the product has not been worn, still includes the swing ticket, is returned in a re-saleable condition and is returned with a copy of the Tax Invoice. Damaged, altered, dirty, or worn garments may not be exchanged, credited or refunded.
If returning for a refund please note that we do not provide refunds on shipping. All refunds are transacted in the original New Zealand dollar amount as listed on the Tax Invoice.
Orders received by 1 PM Monday to Friday (excluding regional and public holidays) will be processed and dispatched same day. We will use our best endeavours to dispatch same day orders received after 1 PM but before 4 PM each day. Orders received after 1 PM or on weekends or during regional or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. Please allow 2 - 3 working days for deliveries to main centres within New Zealand and 3 - 5 working days for deliveries to rural areas within New Zealand. Please note that all orders will need to be signed for on delivery so please ensure there is someone available to sign for the delivery during normal business hours at the address you have entered.
Please allow at least 5-7 working days for International Delivery. There are Import Duty & Taxes due in most counties for imported cargo; there is usually a monetary threshold for Import Duty and Taxes which varies by country. If you are placing a large order please check with your national customs agency for Import Duty & Tax requirements, as Direct Sport Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for additional Import Duty and Taxes once the order has shipped.
We are a New Zealand owned and operated business, all transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars and will be charged in the name of Direct Sport NZ.
Your private personal details will not be retained by Direct Sport NZ and will not be provided to anyone else.
